No-Show and Same-Day Cancellation Policy for Waxing Services

At Cowtown Wax Co., we are dedicated to delivering the best waxing services to all our clients. To ensure we can meet everyone's scheduling needs, we have established the following no-show policy:

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to your service total.

5-Minute Grace Period: Arriving more than 5 minutes late may lead to rescheduling or a reduced service time.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so please reach out to us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We appreciate your respect for our time and services!

No Children or Extra Guests Policy

At Cowtown Wax Co., we focus on creating a comfortable and relaxing space for all our clients. To maintain this serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that clients adhere to the following policies:

1. No Children Policy: For the comfort and safety of everyone, we request that children do not accompany clients to their appointments. This helps ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment, enabling us to provide the best possible waxing services.

2. No Extra Guests Policy: To maintain a calm and professional environment, we also ask that clients attend their appointments alone. We cannot accommodate extra guests or visitors in the treatment area.

3. Exceptions: If special circumstances require an exception to this policy, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests where possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a pleasant experience for all our clients. We appreciate your attention to our cancellation policy!
