No-Show/Same day cancelation and Rescheduling 

At Cowtown Wax Co. we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we have implemented the following No-Show Policy:

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service total.  

5-Minute Grace Period: Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.

No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.  

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.  

We understand that life happens, so please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Thank you for respecting our time and services!  

No Children or Extra Guests Policy

At Cowtown Wax Co. we prioritize providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for all our clients. To maintain a serene and focused atmosphere, we kindly request that clients adhere to the following policy:

1. No Children Policy: For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we ask that children do not accompany clients during their appointments. This policy helps ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment, allowing us to deliver the best possible service.

2. No Extra Guests Policy: To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, we also request that clients attend their appointments alone. We cannot accommodate additional guests or visitors in the treatment area.

3. Exceptions: If you have specific circumstances that require an exception, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. We will do our best to accommodate special requests where possible.
